What you'll do

• Reporting to the Head of Communications and marketing, you will lead marketing communication strategy across digital, social, and in-app touchpoints
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for blogs, campaigns, and in-app
• Run and optimize user acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Own social media: planning, publishing, community engagement
• Align content with product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate across teams: Product, Design, Customer Support
• Balance fun, sexy, and inclusive messaging while meeting platform guidelines
• Leverage AI tools and SEO/ASO best practices to boost reach and engagement

What we're looking for

• 5+ years experience in marketing communication and digital growth
• Strong analytical skills, you love metrics, insights, and optimization
• Proven track record in user acquisition and setting up paid media campaigns
• Familiarity with funnel optimization and re-engagement campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, ASO, and digital content best practices
• Excellent storytelling, editorial, and copywriting skills
• Open-minded and respectful toward sex-positive content
• Fluency in English is required; additional skills in German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French are a plus

What we offer

• Full-time position in our centrally located HQ in Amsterdam near Central Station with stunning city views
• You start with a 12-month temporary contract (with the intention of longer term)
• Salary range €4500 - €5000 bruto per month (excl. holiday pay), depending on past experience
